ClinicMetrics Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the ClinicMetrics mobile application.

It does not apply to the Decod8 website or other Decod8 products and services, which may be governed by separate privacy policies.

2. No Account Required

ClinicMetrics does not require account creation, sign-in, or user registration.

3. No Personal Data Collection

ClinicMetrics does not collect personal data from users through the app.

The app is designed to work without requiring users to provide names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal information.

4. No Patient Data Transmission

ClinicMetrics does not transmit patient data to Decod8 servers.

Calculations are performed on-device.

Users are responsible for how they choose to use the app in clinical or non-clinical contexts.

5. On-Device Processing

All calculations in ClinicMetrics are performed locally on the device.

At this time, ClinicMetrics does not rely on cloud processing to perform its core calculation features.

6. Local Device Storage

ClinicMetrics stores a limited set of preferences locally on the device.

This local storage is used only to preserve the user's workspace configuration, including which metrics appear on the home screen and the order in which they are displayed.

This information remains on the device and is not transmitted to Decod8.

7. No Ads, No Tracking, No Analytics

ClinicMetrics:

• does not use advertising SDKs
• does not use third-party advertising
• does not track users across apps or websites
• does not currently use analytics tools
• does not currently use crash reporting services

If ClinicMetrics adds analytics, crash reporting, or other third-party services in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

8. Data Sharing

ClinicMetrics does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.

Because the app does not collect personal data through its core functionality, there is no user personal data to monetize or disclose as part of advertising activity.

9. Data Security

Because ClinicMetrics performs calculations on-device and does not transmit patient data to Decod8 servers, the app is designed to minimize unnecessary data exposure.

However, users remain responsible for protecting access to their own devices and for using the app in accordance with their own professional, organizational, and regulatory requirements.

10. Medical Use Disclaimer

ClinicMetrics is intended as a clinical utility tool for healthcare professionals.

It does not replace professional judgment, diagnosis, treatment decisions, or institutional protocols.

Users are responsible for independently reviewing results and determining whether a given metric is appropriate in a specific clinical context.

ClinicMetrics is not intended for children.
